CANCELLATION POLICY

You may reschedule your experience up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. However, cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. Guests can only reschedule the same experience once. If you cancel within 24 hours and do not wish to reschedule, we do not offer cash refunds.
